Job Description
Work/responsibilities regularly span multiple job families within this job group. Develops and executes comprehensive marketing, business development, brand and external communication strategies, tactical plans and programs to optimize market share and profitability. Identifies, develops and maintains customer and partner relationships and meet service requirements. Partners cross-functionally (e.g., with sales). Leads market research to assess current and future market conditions, competitive product, service and pricing practices and changing customer/prospect dynamics in order to influence new product/service development. Includes Marketing Operations. Plans, develops and manages marketing events (e.g., trade shows, conventions, sales meetings) for internal and/or external clients. This job family is intended to accommodate 1) jobs whose accountabilities span two or more job families within the job group; 2) jobs that are not covered by a defined job family within the job group; 3) managerial roles spanning more than one family that are not broad enough in scope and impact to be assigned to the Business Unit/General Management job family within the Management job group.

POSITION SUMMARY
Envista is expanding its on-ground presence in key markets, while giving Saudi is biggest market in MEA and in line with Saudi 2030 vision, with the implementation of Envista legal entity there; many transversal projects needs to be supported and properly managed/coordinated.
This position is aiming at strengthening marketing execution, operational efficiency, and managing interfaces/transaction related to personnel and authorities.

Marketing Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper planning and execution of local marketing activities in coordination with category and multichannel marketing managers
- Initiate and prepare for expanding customer engagement plans at different levels (T&E, Digital, F2F visits, Key Accounts activation)
- Manage and coordinate work engagement 3rd parties (agencies, scientific societies, events’ organizers)
- Maintain and strengthen relations and engagement of external experts, looking for channel of cascading knowledge and local expertise across different specialties
- Representing Envista in front of Saudi authorities in business and administrative matters related to the RHQ transactions, interactions, communications
- Coordinate and provide support to HR on team related activities (residences, work permits, health insurance, life insurance administration, travel policies, other ad hoc admin tasks as and when assigned as per local requirements)
- Ensure and emphasis on deployment of Envista global and regional policies and SOP’s
- Implement and activate Envista CiRCLe values within all aspects of internal and external interactions, building proper culture
- Support RHQ site leader across different local projects and initiatives.
- Study and stay informed on products, technologies, clinical studies, competitive activity and other general information of interest to the company or to customers. Apply this knowledge to your strategies and tactics to develop your commercial activity.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all company policies and procedures and demonstrate the ability to effectively implement them at the BU level.
- Regularly attend all training and development company initiatives (E-learning, classroom etc.)
- Equivalent educational level: Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, pervious knowledge of Dentistry will be considered as an addition
- Demonstrated project management skills, with multi-tasking capabilities
- Strong communication and coordination skills in managing projects, activities, launches, etc.
- Good knowledge of using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work closely with different teams in a cross-culture environment.
- Fluent in English, Arabic.
