We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced DCP Project Manager to join our Riyadh team for an 18-month assignment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management and execution of district cooling plant projects, ensuring efficient processes, supervising construction, conducting inspections, and managing logistics for successful project delivery.""

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage district cooling plant (DCP) projects, ETS rooms, and network construction.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient execution.
• Supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Conduct inspections and ensure adherence to regulatory and industry standards.
• Manage logistics and coordination between stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers.
• Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support throughout project lifecycles.
• Maintain effective communication with the client and project teams.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to project progress and challenges.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Senior Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 20 years of experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Project Management (PM) role.
• 10+ years of experience in the construction and management of District Cooling Plants, ETS rooms, and networks.
• Strong project management, inspection, and logistics management expertise.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• PMC certification is a plus.
• Preference for candidates who can join within a month.
• Native Arabic speaker with excellent English proficiency preferred, to effectively engage with the client.
