Key Objectives:
- Build and grow relationships with a global petrochemical client and its affiliates across Saudi Arabia and the wider IMEA region
- Identify and pursue Logistics & Services (LnS) opportunities, including MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) project logistics within the client network.
- Increase revenue and share of wallet through deep account engagement and solution selling.
- Provide excellent customer service and deliver tailored solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop winning proposals and drive customer success.
- Support and oversee implementation of key customer projects, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.
- Develop and manage a clear account plan aligned with both the customer’s goals and Maersk’s commercial objectives.
- Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders within the client and affiliate organizations.
- Identify opportunities to deliver integrated logistics and supply chain solutions that create long-term value.
- Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations together with the Global KCD.
- Ensure strong pipeline development and progress tracking through CRM systems.
- Support the design and delivery of MRO and Hub logistics solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to create and deliver customer-specific solutions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Skilled in negotiation and handling complex stakeholder discussions.
- High sense of ownership, urgency, and adaptability.
- Team player with a growth mindset and focus on results.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and basic analytics to support decision-making.
- Extensive years of experience in commercial sales, logistics, or chemical industries with demonstrated success in key account management.
- Strong background working with large multinational customers, preferably in the petrochemical or industrial sectors.
- Experience with project logistics, MRO flows, and ocean freight is highly preferred.
