PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced PROJECT MANAGER with 20 years of expertise. The candidate should perform within the framework of company’s values, policies, and contract commitments (including HSES, quality, time & cost), the PM is accountable for project timely delivery and Profit & Loss by managing all project activities and resources while ensuring client satisfaction. PM is responsible for the application of the well-being policy and the deployment of the ESG roadmap on his project

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensures that the project is planned, organized, and executed in accordance with the Business Management System
• Ensures project execution within time, budget, and QHSES requirements by allocating resources, managing risks, opportunities, and changes
• Builds and maintains a relationship with the customer and other stakeholders associated with the Project (partners, subcontractors, vendors …). Serves as the single point of contact for the customer
• Creates a quality and HSE oriented work climate that encourages client satisfaction and HSE consciousness among the project team
• Organizes and manages the Project team in respect of diversity, equal opportunities, and wellbeing, implementing and cascading TEN core values
• Contributes to the quotation process and provides project management related information such as schedules and budgets
• Ensures timely internal and external reporting
• Manages, informs, and leads the project team by setting and monitoring performance targets
• Contributes to people development by interfacing with the project department
• Guarantees achievement or improvement of Profit & Loss forecasts
• Ensures coordination of interfaces
• Ensures project execution and financial closeout with appropriate feedback
• Develops integrated project team charter and lead team building, alignment, and communication processes
• Supports Clients in the definition of long-term execution strategy for new Energy Transition initiatives, from Feasibility to FEED
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• 20 years of experience in Oil and Gas project Management.
• Extensive experience in significant petrochemical, oil, and gas mega projects.
• Practical experience in coordinating with Saudi Aramco, Saudi Government Authorities and other relevant entities.
• Strong background in collaborating with operational facilities, Saudi Aramco Departments, Third Parties, and Joint Ventures.
• Engineering degree or equivalent
• Previous experience as PEM or managing a full scope project
• Fluency in English
• Excellent understanding of on-offshore projects, including relevant equipment, operations and services
• Functional team leadership and managing critical timelines with the goal to streamline and provide critical customer service
• Exploring and adapting to non conventional execution strategies in support to Energy Transition initiatives and engagement with new Clients and technologies
• Expert to perform peer reviews, mentor team members
• Deep understanding of the business principles for the Oil & Gas industry
• Thorough understanding and experience in Project delivery processes and principles
