Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and management for mega-scale projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational goals.
• Develop and present comprehensive technical and financial proposals, exhibiting expertise in the strategic planning and execution of substantial projects.
• Maintain and oversee detailed project schedules, track milestones, and generate thorough reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, facilitating open communication channels and successful project outcomes.
• Lead and inspire project teams, embodying professionalism and upholding the organization's reputation in all client interactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a demonstrated record of overseeing large-scale projects.
• Proven expertise in preparing technical and financial proposals for mega-scale initiatives.
• Strong background in design project management, with emphasis on scheduling and reporting.
• Exemplary leadership skills with a commanding presence and ability to establish and sustain client trust.
• Prior experience within the GCC region is strongly preferred.
• Professional fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Previous Work Experience Requirements:

• Extensive experience in preparing comprehensive technical and financial proposals specifically for mega-scale projects, demonstrating a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in such high-value undertakings.
• A background in design project management, with expertise in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of design projects, from concept to completion.
• Proficiency in project scheduling and reporting, with a meticulous approach to tracking project progress, meeting deadlines, and providing stakeholders with timely updates.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and coordinate effectively with clients, maintaining strong, professional relationships that foster trust and ensure project alignment with client expectations.
• Previous involvement or exposure to mega-scale projects, preferably within the GCC region, reflecting the candidate’s ability to navigate the unique challenges associated with such environments.
• Strong leadership qualities and a presentable demeanor, with the ability to represent the organization at the highest level and to lead project teams toward the successful achievement of project objectives.
• Fluency in professional English, with exceptional command of both written and spoken communication, enabling clear and effective interactions with all project stakeholders.
