The Role

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Project Manager to lead and execute cross-functional initiatives that span technology, business strategy, and operations. This role requires a hands-on professional with a strong ability to navigate complex projects involving multiple departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while delivering measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to manage diverse projects that will range from technology to strategic operations one month, or martech to logistics another; the ability and logic of applying project management principles to various functions is crucial.
• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Be pro-active in defining and developing requirements with key stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, identify and allocate resources, and track milestones.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues promptly to maintain project quality.
• Anticipate potential challenges and proactively develop contingency plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align on objectives and deliverables.
• Work closely with the business analyst and tech operations anagers to manage delivery of implementation and integration of Tech solutions
• Establish standardized approach towards Project Governance, Execution and Reporting
• Prepare and deliver project and business status updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure alignment and successful collaboration
  
  

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or Project Management.

Certification in Project Management ( PMP, CSM)

Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably with Diverse set of projects business and tech.
• Proven experience managing tech-driven projects
• Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools like Airtable, Smartsheets, Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience working in the events and/or media industry is a plus.
• Experience in KSA is desired.
