In this pivotal role, you will lead initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, drive employee engagement, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise will be essential in aligning our people strategy with the ambitious vision of Qiddiya.

- Develop and implement comprehensive organizational development strategies that align with Qiddiya's goals and enhance workforce capabilities
- Conduct organizational assessments and diagnoses to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and ensure stakeholder engagement
- Establish metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives through feedback and performance data
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to build a representative and inclusive work environment
- Stay updated on best practices and trends in organizational development and HR to continually enhance Qiddiya's programs
- Foster a coaching culture by providing mentoring and guidance to managers and employees
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 7-10 years of experience in organizational development, human resources, or related fields, with demonstrated leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of organizational development methodologies and best practices
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a talent for influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to analyze data, assess needs, and measure the impact of programs and initiatives
- Experience in managing complex organizational change initiatives
- Passion for cultivating a positive organizational culture and employee experience
- Proficiency in HR software and learning management systems
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
