As a senior management role, the Projects Manager will be responsible for developing and executing project plans, ensuring quality standards are met, and fostering collaboration among diverse teams. This role demands excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize project outcomes while effectively managing timelines and budgets.
Job Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, detailing scopes, objectives, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets for facilities management projects.
- Lead the project team in executing project tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular project meetings, providing updates on project status, addressing concerns, and facilitating problem resolution.
- Oversee project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and assess project risks, implementing strategies to mitigate them and ensure project success.
- Evaluate and report on project performance metrics and key performance indicators to gauge progress and implement improvements as necessary.
- Mentor and guide project team members, fostering their professional development and enhancing team competency in project management practices.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies relevant to project execution and facilities management.
