Job Requirements

- Demonstrated ability to analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Adeptness in applying quality standards and methodologies for continuous improvement processes.
- Strong knowledge of performance measurement techniques and quality management principles.
- Experience in managing reports that inform and guide executive decisions, supported by thorough analytics.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings to various stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities

- Serve as a key point of contact for quality-related inquiries and provide expert guidance to stakeholders.
Required Skills
