Project Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia.

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of a large-scale construction project in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This project is expected to last for 2 years and will involve the construction of a new commercial building. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, including budget, schedule, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans, including budget, schedule, and quality control measures
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely and successful completion
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and subcontractors
• Manage project budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure project is on track and identify any potential issues
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders
• Lead and manage project team, providing guidance and support as needed
• Identify and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the project
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and future business opportunities
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
• Experience managing large-scale projects with budgets of $100 million or more
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methods, and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is a plus
• PMP certification is preferred
