We are currently seeking a Contracts Manager to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia.

The Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contract process, from negotiation and drafting to execution and administration. They will work closely with project managers, legal counsel, and other stakeholders to ensure that contracts are in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and draft contracts for various projects, including construction, engineering, and consulting services
  • Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and propose solutions
  • Ensure that all contracts are in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations
  • Work closely with project managers to develop and maintain project-specific contract templates and guidelines
  • Manage the contract review and approval process, including obtaining necessary approvals from senior management and legal counsel
  • Oversee the contract execution process, including obtaining signatures and distributing executed contracts to relevant parties
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams on contract-related matters
  • Monitor and track contract performance and ensure that all parties are meeting their contractual obligations
  • Handle any contract disputes or issues that may arise and work towards a resolution
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices related to contract management and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Conduct regular audits of contracts to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the construction or engineering industry
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and regulations in Saudi Arabia
  • Excellent negotiation and drafting skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management software.
