This position reports to

LDM & Senior Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities

• Project Execution & Coordination
  
  

 Handle end-to-end execution of analyzer systems from concept to commissioning.

 Ensure project deliverables are met within deadlines, budget, and quality standards.

 Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and reports.

 Prepare and track the Project Execution Plan, analyzing planned vs. actual performance.

 Support in project reviews, status reporting, and ensuring timely execution.

 Coordinate with the engineering back-end support team for timely documentation submission.

• Engineering & Documentation Management
  
  

 Prepare the Bill of Materials (BOM) and release procurement requests based on project specifications.

 Ensure accuracy and consistency of engineering documentation and coordinate submission to

clients.

 Maintain compliance with contractual obligations and ABB’s quality standards.

• Procurement & Supply Chain Coordination
  
  

 Ensure timely issuance of purchase orders for engineering and procurement activities.

 Work closely with vendors and procurement teams to meet cost, quality, and timeline expectations.

 Coordinate with the production team for Analyser system integration.

• Client & Site Engagement
  
  

 Ensure compliance with Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and inspection requirements (remote or

physical).

 Coordinate with clients for shipment clearance and timely delivery.

 Conduct on-site surveys to determine project scope and ensure smooth implementation.

Qualifications for the role

• Degree or Diploma in Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related engineering fields.
• with 5 to 7 years of experience in process automation, Analyzer systems, or related fields.
• Prior experience in analytical instrumentation, gas Analyzers, or process automation projects is
• preferred.
• Technical & Soft Skills are:-
•  Strong understanding of process Analyzers, sample handling systems, and integration.
•  Knowledge of ABB Analyser solutions and industrial automation standards.
•  Experience in engineering documentation, procurement, and project coordination.
•  Proficiency in English and Arabic.
•  Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
•  Ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams.
