We are looking for a highly experienced Project Electrical Design Engineer to lead and coordinate the engineering deliverables across complex electrical infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact between the client's engineering team and the various design consultants and EPC contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation, submission, and approval of engineering deliverables across multiple disciplines.
• Serve as the interface between the Owner's Engineering Team, EPC contractors, and design consultants.
• Track all design submissions and ensure timely review cycles.
• Ensure strict adherence to client-approved design standards and procedures.
• Organize and lead technical coordination meetings.
• Ensure timely dissemination of approved design documents to relevant stakeholders.
• Report risks or delays and contribute to solutions in real time.
• Support interface management between design, procurement, and construction phases.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in:
• Project coordination
• Engineering design management
• EPC environments in the power transmission and distribution sector.
• Proven background working with utility or infrastructure clients.
• Experience in synchronous condensers or thermal power plants is mandatory
• Deep knowledge of industry-standard specifications, codes, and project workflows.
• Proficiency in engineering tools and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
  

Additional Information

• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
• Previous experience working on substation, transmission, or distribution design projects.
