In this crucial position, you will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and successful delivery of the Tennis Stadium project, ensuring that it adheres to Qiddiya's high standards of quality and innovation. Your role will be vital in creating an iconic venue that elevates the sports and entertainment landscape in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end project management process for the Tennis Stadium Center Court, from initial concept through to completion
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, aligning resources to ensure successful project delivery
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure project objectives are met
• Monitor project progress, identifying any potential risks or issues and implementing effective mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices throughout the construction process
• Foster collaboration and communication among project teams to maintain a high-performance culture
• Report regularly to senior management on project status, achievements, and any challenges encountered

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management or a related field
• A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in project management within the construction or sports facility sector
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects successfully, preferably related to sports venues or entertainment facilities
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Effective communication and negotiation skills, capable of managing relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Knowledge of local regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance practices
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
