Project Director

Hill International is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Project Director to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The Project Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a major construction project, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the project team to ensure successful completion of the project within budget and on schedule
• Develop and implement project plans, including budget, schedule, and resource allocation
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
• Oversee the procurement process, including contract negotiations and vendor management
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities
• Manage and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support as needed
• Conduct regular project meetings and prepare progress reports for senior management
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, and promote a culture of safety on the project site
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from conception to completion
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team
• Extensive knowledge of project management principles, techniques, and tools
• Experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is preferred
• Fluency in English is required, proficiency in Arabic is a plus
• Willingness to relocate to Madinah, Saudi Arabia for the duration of the contract
