Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Coordinator - Saudi National to join our team! In this role you will get to engagement and collaborate with the entire PMO programme team.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Support the design management capabilities of the PMO design team.
- Engage and collaborate with the clients design team.
- Facilitate collaborative relationships between the PMO teams
- Ability to prepare project’s reports, organization structure, flow charts, schedules and action plans
- The candidate should have solid organization skills including multi-tasking and time management
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field from a recognized University.
Minimum of 3 years of project experience in project coordination, document controlling, administration, support and secretarial works
Strong working knowledge of computer Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint presentation and data processing software
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Good understanding of architectural design stages
- Confident verbal presentation skills
