- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the success of marketing initiatives, using data to inform future strategies.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey brand messages.

- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and bring innovative ideas to enhance brand positioning.
- Organizational Skills: High organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or related fields.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Experience in the field of beauty, personal care, and skincare
- Experience in managing marketing campaigns and evaluating their effectiveness.
- Commitment to staying current with industry trends and best practices in brand management.
