What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to provide essential administrative and logistical support to the leadership team. You will be a crucial link in ensuring the smooth functioning of the leadership team, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the leadership team's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the leadership team.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferences, including venue booking and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems, and track budgets and expenses for the communication team.
  • Conduct research and gather information as requested by the leadership team.
  • Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings, and liaise with other departments and external stakeholders.
  • Provide general administrative support to the communication team while handling confidential information with professionalism.

What You'll Need

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role supporting high-profile or senior-level executives.
  • Proficiency in email management and Microsoft Office applications; experience in the communication industry is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with active listening and interpersonal savvy.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with sound decision-making under pressure.
  • A proactive approach, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and a positive attitude.
  • Professionalism, discretion, reliability, and dependability in fulfilling commitments and maintaining confidentiality.
