We're Hiring: Project Coordinator ICT ELV!
Project Planning and Coordination:
Oversee the work of on-site technicians and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
Clear Knowledge in AutoCAD and other drafting software.Drawing preparations and technical revisions knowledge is must.
Resolve site-specific issues and challenges, such as material shortages, equipment failures, and labour disputes.
Coordinate with site engineers to ensure seamless integration of ICT systems with other building systems.
Conduct regular site meetings to review project progress, address concerns, and communicate effectively with the project team.Conduct system testing and commissioning, verifying the functionality and performance of all ICT & AV systems.Review and approve all site documentation, including installation records, test reports, and as-built drawings.
Eligibility
- To oversee and coordinate all on-site activities related to ICT & AV systems installation, testing, and commissioning, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, developing mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess project progress and quality.
- Prepare and submit project reports to project management and client teams

Eligibility
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experiencein ICT & AV system project coordination knowledge.
- Strong understanding of ICT & AV systems, including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, and structured cabling.
- Excellent project coordination , organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,( Arabic and English) both written and verbal.
