As a PM Specialist, you will play a critical role in the success of our projects by providing project management expertise, guidance, and support to our project teams. Job Overview
As a PM Specialist, you will play a critical role in the success of our projects by providing project management expertise, guidance, and support to our project teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the Project Manager
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues
- Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate and communicate with all project stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Conduct project reviews to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement
- Support the development and maintenance of project management processes and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to project team members on project management best practices
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of project processes and deliverables
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure it is accessible to relevant stakeholders
- Assist with the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and reports as needed
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or Computer Science
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management
- PMP certification is preferred
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Occasional travel may be required
