• Lead project control operations across major projects and programs
• Implement PMO frameworks for cost, schedule, change, and risk management
• Manage reporting systems and dashboards for executive visibility
• Guide multi-disciplinary teams in data-driven performance management

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s preferred
• 15 + years of project controls and management experience
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in EVMS, Primavera P6, and Power BI
• PMP, PSP, or equivalent certification preferred
