The role of Professional Services Consultant is crucial for the successful delivery of NCR Atleos Professional Services projects. Its responsibilities consist of the following:

Responsibilities
The role of Professional Services Consultant is crucial for the successful delivery of NCR Atleos Professional Services projects. Its responsibilities consist of the following:
- Install, configure and troubleshoot NCR Atleos software solutions
- Prepare technical design documentation based on requirements
- Prepare test cases based on technical design documents
- Execute test cases on self service terminals
- Report issues to the development team and follow up on releases
- Identify and report test environment issues and follow up with customer's team to ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with customer's testing team to prepare test data
- Support customer's team during SIT, UAT, etc.
- Basic troubleshooting on issues to identify root cause
- Degree on Computer Science, IT or related field
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in quality assurance preferably in a Financial Institution or IT industry
- Good understanding of web based technologies
- Good understanding of database technologies
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Saudi national
