Job Summary

NetApp is looking for a Professional Services Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will develop and deliver technology solutions through consulting project activities, manage project interactions with clients, and monitor costs and schedules.

Your goal will be to create deep customer satisfaction and drive product adoption, using these successes to identify growth opportunities and support the Sales team in upselling our portfolio. You will also participate in sales and proposal presentations and contribute to ongoing team account activities.

Essential Functions

  • Assist in completing post-sales hardware and software installations with moderate complexity.
  • Coordinate with customers, Sales teams, and other Professional Services staff to perform daily tasks.
  • Review and prepare for upcoming job task assignments.
  • Provide detailed documentation on tasks performed.
  • Follow appropriate escalation guidelines with supervision during customer engagements.
  • Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines.
  • Support the identification and resolution of technical issues.
  • Participate in customer training sessions and workshops


Job requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, with a focus on IT or engineering.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work successfully with prospects, customers, and cross-functional teams to meet performance goals.
  • Knowledge of IP Networks.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (C1-C2 level).
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a growth mindset.
  • Commitment to customer-centric approaches and high performance.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in IT, Engineering, or a related field. Other degrees will be considered.
  • Must be a Saudi Arabia national.
