نبحث عن مسؤول مشتريات ذو خبرة في إدارة المخزون، التفاوض وإبرام الصفقات مع الموردين، ومتابعة وإدارة الفواتير من مختلف الأقسام. يجب أن يكون المتقدم بارعًا في استخدام الحاسب الآلي وبرامج Excel لضمان دقة وسرعة تنفيذ المهام.
المسؤوليات:
- إدارة عمليات الشراء والتوريد وضمان التزام الموردين بالجودة والمواعيد.
- متابعة المخزون والتأكد من توفر المواد والمنتجات بشكل مستمر.
- إدارة الفواتير ومطابقتها مع العقود والطلبات.
- التنسيق مع الأقسام المختلفة لتلبية احتياجاتهم.
- إعداد تقارير دورية عن الشراء والمخزون وتحليل التكاليف.
المتطلبات:
- خبرة في المشتريات وإدارة المخزون والتعامل مع الموردين.
- إجادة استخدام الكمبيوتر وبرامج Excel.
- مهارات تنظيمية ودقة في العمل.
- القدرة على التعامل مع مهام متعددة والعمل تحت ضغط.
