Product Owner - URGENT START 1st OF JULY -BANKING

Job Title: Senior Product Owner - Digital Corporate Banking
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Start Date: URGENT - Must be available to join before July

Are you an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in digital corporate banking? We're looking for a strategic thinker to lead the development of innovative mobile-first solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Experience in Corporate Banking (not just Retail); ideally both
• Previously worked in Saudi banks
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Strong understanding of digital banking platforms, especially mobile
• Experience working in Agile squads with multiple iterations, ceremonies, and close collaboration with technical teams
• Hands-on with JIRA: backlog management, reporting, dashboard creation, and analysis
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Leadership experience: lead a full squad across one of the following areas:
  • Payments & Collections
  • Borrowing (Credit Cards, Lending Products)
  • Daily Banking (Account Opening, etc.)
• Not a Scrum Master role, but must be able to work closely with Scrum teams and developers
• Strong delivery mindset: accountable for both product delivery and business growth
• Experience launching new digital channels and navigating regulatory approvals

• Analytical mindset with dashboard/reporting skills
• Deep understanding of corporate banking customer journeys
  
  

• Lead the product vision and roadmap for a new digital corporate banking channel
• Act as Product Owner for one of three agile squads (Payments, Borrowing, or Daily Banking)
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define and prioritize features
• Manage product backlog, sprints, and delivery timelines using JIRA
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure alignment across stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks
• Monitor product performance and continuously improve based on feedback
• Support regulatory approval processes and go-to-market readiness
• Drive both product KPIs and broader business development goals
