What are we expecting from you?
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Marketing & Communication Director, you will be responsible for the implementation of the product strategy and the fulfillment of the strategic objectives, while promoting 3 different categories and creating the conditions for sales teams to develop business. To that extent, you will:
- Support boutique teams with client presentations, stock coordination, and special orders across categories
- Coordinate 360° product launches and implement strategic action plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Develop and deliver tailored product trainings while monitoring sales, forecasts, and local competition to identify opportunities
- Conduct monthly and yearly sales analysis, share key learnings, and propose action plans for collections and novelties
