Marketing Specialist

Job Objective:

To execute marketing and promotional plans to increase brand awareness and achieve sales targets through market analysis, designing marketing materials, customer engagement, and participation in advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

    •    Design visual content and digital/print ads using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.

    •    Implement digital and traditional marketing campaigns.

    •    Prepare regular reports on marketing campaign performance.

    •    Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

    •    Manage social media accounts.

    •    Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing and sales goals.

    •    Participate in exhibitions and promotional events.

    •    Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

•   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
•   1-3 year of experience in marketing and design.
•  Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. 
•  Good knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO).    
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
•   Basic English proficiency is sufficient.
