Qawafel is a fast-growing B2B marketplace that simplifies the trade of perishable food products between shops and producers across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By seamlessly connecting suppliers with retailers, Qawafel optimizes costs, enhances efficiency, and ensures a streamlined procurement process within the food supply chain.

As a Junior Group Product Manager, you will support the product vision, strategy, and execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal product performance and market fit.

• Assist in defining and communicating the product strategy and roadmap.
• Support alignment between business objectives and product initiatives.
• Contribute to the vision and strategic direction of assigned products.

• Conduct market research to understand customer experiences, challenges, and needs.
• Identify product gaps and market opportunities.
• Analyze the competitive landscape and market dynamics.

• Assist in managing product development processes, including customer discovery, KPI tracking, competitive analysis, OKRs, and release management.
• Support the product lifecycle: analysis, user experience design, implementation, testing, and delivery.
• Help develop and analyze key product metrics to ensure growth and performance.
• Maintain a structured backlog prioritization framework for efficient product delivery.

• Work closely with senior product managers and designers to learn best practices.
• Support hiring, evaluating, and managing product team members.
• Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and product management processes.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to achieve product objectives and ensure product/market fit.
• Work closely with management to align product KPIs and OKRs with business goals.
• Prepare and present reports to senior leadership for data-driven decision-making.
• Contribute to initiatives that grow market share, enhance customer experience, and drive business growth.

• Assist in managing and enhancing the business/system analysis process, ensuring proper documentation and actionable insights.

• 1-2 years of experience in technical product management.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Proficient in data analysis and competitive research.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, MIS, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English proficiency (speaking and writing).
