Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic and skilled Procurement Manager MAS160 to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all procurement activities to ensure that our projects are supported by reliable and cost-effective sourcing. Your leadership will empower our team to establish outstanding supplier relationships and foster a transparent procurement environment.

As a Procurement Manager, you will manage the purchasing process from initiation to completion, ensuring that all contracts are negotiated effectively while adhering to company standards and buyer requirements. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate procurement strategies that benefit our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the procurement process for various projects, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and maintain vendor databases
  • Negotiate supplier contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditions
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals
  • Coordinate with project managers to gather procurement requirements and timelines
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure the quality of services and goods provided
  • Analyze procurement data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities
  • Provide regular procurement reports to senior management and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement management, preferably in a large-scale project environment
  • Proven track record of negotiating contracts and managing supplier relations
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  • Familiarity with procurement software and digital tools
  • In-depth understanding of procurement laws and regulations
