Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Procurement Graduate Engineer - Saudi National to join our team!

This will provide an opportunity to learn from and work with professional engineers as Parsons delivers innovative, safe and sustainable infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist in the preparation of procurement documentation including Request for Proposals (RFPs), Invitations to Bid (ITBs), and tender packages.
  • Support evaluation of supplier and contractor proposals, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal engineering, project management, and commercial teams to align procurement activities with project objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, supplier databases, and contract documentation.
  • Participate in supplier negotiations under guidance of senior staff.
  • Support contract administration activities including monitoring supplier performance and compliance.
  • Prepare procurement status reports and contribute to project progress reviews.
  • Assist in market research and benchmarking to identify competitive suppliers and innovative procurement solutions.
  • Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with complex documents and data.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Awareness of ethical procurement practices and compliance principles.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
