Procurement Coordinator

Premium Solutions Consultancy is searching for an organized and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our client's team in Saudi Arabia. This position will play a crucial role in managing procurement activities and ensuring efficient supply chain operations for major construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing procurement plans and strategies.
• Coordinate procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and monitor their performance to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Process purchase orders and monitor inventory levels to support project operations.
• Collaborate with project teams to assess their procurement needs and timelines.
• Prepare and maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement best practices.
• Assist in resolving any issues related to suppliers, materials, or procurement processes.

Hiring for our client in KSA Procurement Coordinator:

8 to 12 years of experience in a specialty field

• Sourcing and Handling the Civil requirements
• Civil Experience is must
• KSA Market Experience.
• Waterproofing, water stop, wood, timber, rebars, concrete, post-tensioning, MSE walls, expansion joints, earth materials, asphalt, concrete blocks, interlocking, and curbstone.
• Pre-engineered building systems and structural materials.
• Familiarity with civil subcontractor works, particularly in foundations.
• Landscaping.
• Road construction and paving.
• Playground equipment installation.
• Rubber tiles.
• Signboards and gantries.
• Plastic and concrete barriers.
• Wheel stoppers.
• Wooden, metal, and aluminum doors and windows.
• Chain-link fences and gates.
  
  

Working days: 5 days with alternative Saturdays

Working Hours: 8 hrs.

Benefits

Salary range:

Basic: 10,700 to 15,150 SAR
