A Public Relations Manager is responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that enhance the company’s reputation, strengthen government and media relations, and support corporate initiatives—including IPO preparation and major brand communication efforts.
Key Accountabilities
Develop and implement comprehensive PR and corporate communication strategies to enhance the company’s public image.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities, regulatory bodies, media outlets, and key stakeholders.
Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels, including press releases, corporate statements, digital media, and internal communication.
Lead crisis communication efforts and manage sensitive or high-impact situations effectively.
Oversee official announcements, media coverage, strategic events, press conferences, and public engagements.
Collaborate with marketing, senior management, and external agencies to support brand reputation and business objectives.
Monitor market trends, media sentiment, and competitor activities to identify risks and opportunities.
Manage PR agencies, communications vendors, and media partners to ensure alignment with company goals.
Support the company's IPO communication requirements, disclosures, and relations with the Capital Market Authority (if applicable).
Represent the company professionally in high-level meetings, government interactions, and public forums.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or Government Relations.
Proven experience working with large organizations, preferably companies listed or preparing for IPO.
Strong network and relationships with government authorities and regulatory bodies within Saudi Arabia.
Proven ability to manage crisis communication, media relations, and reputation management.
Solid understanding of PR strategies, media landscape, and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to make data-driven decisions and monitor PR impact and sentiment analyses.
Familiarity with corporate governance, regulatory communication, and CMA requirements is a plus
