We will count on you to:

• Gather and manage all necessary client information (KYC, business details, legal documents) and ensure timely updates in client portals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and keeping them informed throughout the registration process.
• Collaborate with internal departments (legal, finance, HR) to ensure timely document submissions and effective communication.
• Maintain accurate records of all registered clients and manage client portal documentation, including POs and invoicing.
• Prepare and submit responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  
  

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in procurement, finance, or operations.
• Strong knowledge of the procurement process in KSA and familiarity with government procurement portals.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  
  

What makes you stand out:

• Familiarity with the Eatimad system is a must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to vendor management and client-side work.
• Understanding of local processes related to proposal submissions.
