What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage Internal day-to-day operations to ensure the project runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Responsible to manage our sub-consultant contracts and internal procurement procedure.
- Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate project teams with finance and human resources.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and their impact on operations.
- Oversee internal project budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting .
- Monitor project expenditures and optimize resource allocation.
- Work with the finance team to ensure financial goals are met.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and local authorities.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by stakeholders.
- BSc. or MSc. Degree in a relevant subject is preferred .
- At least 1 0 years' experience in similar positions (HR, Finance, Operations) .
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian business landscape and regulatory environment .
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English is required ; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
