We are looking for a Process Engineering Intern to join our Process team, for a 4-month Internship program.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate interest in the oil/gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or infrastructure industries.
- Resolve engineering issues by applying accepted principles, codes, and standards.
- Contribute to technical excellence through the execution of assigned scopes of work within your specific engineering discipline.
- Assist in the development of engineering deliverables, including philosophies, reports, specifications, calculations, data sheets, and technical requisitions relating to specific scopes of work.
- Solve routine problems within clearly defined procedures, with access to support and guidance.
- Apply academic knowledge to project responsibilities under the close supervision of experienced technical professionals, performing routine aspects of engineering assignments requiring basic knowledge of engineering standards and the use of prescribed standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Ability to comprehend and interpret technical information applicable to your engineering discipline.
- Demonstrate the practical application of theory to develop engineered solutions.
- Strong communication, reporting, and presentation skills, with proficiency in English.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Highly motivated, with a demonstrated personal initiative.
- Possess integrity, a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and dependability.
- A team player who collaborates well with supervisors, subordinates, peers, and clients.
- High level of awareness and commitment to safety in all aspects of personal and professional activities.
