Job Title : Process & System Specialist
Job Purpose:
Drive Automation, efficiency and value creation through continuous improvement and development of Procurement Process and System according to best practices while ensuring uninterrupted Process & System.
Main Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- Execute the development, automation, system enhancement identification, optimization and standardization (as applicable) of Procurement processes & systems in line with best practices
- Identify business process interruptions and implement corrective actions
- Drive and contribute to process and system enhancements
- Perform benchmarking and develop best practices, i.e. Procurement process reengineering
- Business process redesign: blueprint process and system design for Procurement business process
- Define training programs to increase knowledge level
- Coordinate strongly with IT management / staff in terms of system blueprint implementation. Defines business requirements and together develop the blue print for implementation
- Managing Procurement projects on a yearly basis via a team (Scope of projects comprises procurement business processes)
- Maintain regular contact with Procurement leaders and proponents to ensure services are aligned to their needs
- Interface with procurement functions as well as with auditors, consultants and outsourcing partners
- Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.
- Manage SAP Ariba and S/4HANA implementations
- Optimize Procurement processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders
Business Expertise (Company/Industry Knowledge):
- Experience in the petrochemicals or in an industrial or IT environment (Petrochemical, Business Processes, Site logistics, Sourcing and Contracting, Infrastructure and IT).
Experience in business analysis / modeling and / or project management.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, MIS, IT or related field.
Years of experience : 3 years to 7 Years
Certifications: SAP Ariba and S/4HANA certifications and SAP MM preferred.
- Knowledge:
- - In-depth knowledge of Procurement systems
- - Understanding of Procurement processes
