Principle Architect

DETASAD is seeking a skilled and motivated Principal Architect to support business growth by leading and managing both presales and bid activities. This role combines technical solutioning with strategic proposal development and client engagement. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to craft tailored solutions and respond to RFPs/RFIs while effectively communicating DETASAD’s capabilities to clients.

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and deliver tailored solution presentations.
• Prepare technical and commercial content aligned with client requirements.
• Represent DETASAD as a subject matter expert in customer meetings, workshops, and presentations.

• Lead the full bid lifecycle: from RFP analysis to proposal submission and follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, commercial) to gather input and ensure content accuracy.
• Manage proposal timelines, monitor progress, and ensure submission deadlines are met.

• Act as a bridge between departments such as finance, legal, product, and delivery.
• Ensure alignment of proposals with business strategy and technical capabilities.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and partners throughout the bid process.

• Maintain and enhance bid templates, documentation standards, and proposal best practices.
• Track bid outcomes and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in presales, bid management, or a related technical-commercial role.
• Experience working on complex proposals and engaging with cross-functional teams.

• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (verbal and written) — required.
• Excellent proposal writing and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
