- Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to ensure alignment of the product strategy with the overall company vision
- Product Lifecycle Management
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, development, launch, to ongoing enhancement.
- Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams involved in the product lifecycle
- Cross-functional Leadership
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver products effectively.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the successful execution of products, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and innovation.
- Conduct in-depth market research, customer interviews, and data analysis to gather insights and validate product decisions.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure product success against goals.
