Presales – Infrastructure (Cisco, Servers, Storage)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Presales – Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in

Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in infrastructure

solutions, including Cisco networking, server systems, and storage technologies. This

role bridges the gap between sales and technical teams, delivering expert support in

designing and presenting solutions to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with sales teams to understand client requirements and propose

tailored infrastructure solutions.

• Design end-to-end architecture including Cisco networking, servers, and storage

solutions.

• Prepare technical proposals, solution documents, BOMs, and presentations.

• Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and client

workshops.

• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with complete technical documentation and compliance

matrices.

• Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure solution feasibility and

alignment.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technology advancements.

• Support post-sales teams with project handover and technical clarification if

needed.

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure presales, with a focus on Cisco,

server, and storage technologies.• Strong knowledge of Cisco switching, routing, and security solutions.

• Hands-on experience with server and storage platforms from leading vendors

(e.g., Dell, HPE, NetApp).

• Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills.

• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into solution architecture.

• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are a plus.

• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
