- Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team, focusing on power, cooling systems, electrical infrastructure, and data center solutions.
- Collaborate with customers and business partners to design and document customized cooling and power solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Develop technical documents, including drawings, system layouts, parts lists (BOMs), and installation guidelines for power, cooling and electrical systems.
- Support the sales team in preparing technical proposals and presentations for tenders, RFPs, and customer meetings
- Ensure all solutions comply with relevant international standards, particularly in cooling and power distribution.
- Conduct site visits to collect relevant information required for preparing proposals.
