الهدف العام للوظيفة
يتولى مدير العمليات مسؤولية الإشراف الشامل على العمليات التشغيلية للشركة، وضمان جاهزية الخطط والترتيبات التشغيلية اليومية والدورية، والتحقق من وجود وتنفيذ الخطط التشغيلية والتنفيذية للإدارات والمشاريع، بما يحقق الكفاءة التشغيلية، الالتزام الزمني، واستدامة الأداء
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- الإشراف الكامل على العمليات التشغيلية الداخلية والخارجية للشركة.
- ضمان استمرارية الأعمال ورفع مستوى الجاهزية التشغيلية على مستوى الإدارات والمشاريع.
- التنسيق الاستباقي بين الإدارات، المشاريع، وأصحاب المصلحة لضمان تكامل الأعمال.
- التأكد من وجود خطط تنفيذية واضحة للمشاريع وخطط تشغيلية للأنشطة اليومية والدورية.
- إعداد وتطوير خطط المخاطر التشغيلية بالتعاون مع الإدارات والمشاريع، ومتابعة تنفيذها.
- وضع مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) للعمليات، ومتابعتها وتحليل نتائجها بشكل مباشر.
- رفع تقارير استباقية للإدارة العليا عند وجود تأخيرات أو معوقات تشغيلية، مع تقديم الحلول العملية والإشراف على تنفيذها.
- إعداد وتطوير الخطط التشغيلية للإدارات والمشاريع بما يتوافق مع استراتيجية الشركة.
- ضبط وتطبيق الحوكمة، السياسات، والإجراءات التشغيلية لرفع كفاءة الأداء المؤسسي.
- دعم الإدارة العليا في اتخاذ القرارات التشغيلية المبنية على البيانات والتحليل
المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة قيادية في إدارة العمليات، ويفضل في قطاع التطوير العقاري أو المقاولات.
- قدرة عالية على التخطيط الاستراتيجي والتشغيلي.
- خبرة في بناء مؤشرات الأداء وإدارة المخاطر.
- مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة على التنسيق بين فرق متعددة.
- فهم عميق لمبادئ الحوكمة وتحسين العمليات.
