Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Pre-Sales Consultant professional with a strategic mindset to join our team. This role requires not only technical expertise but also the ability to align client needs with business strategy and contribute to the company’s growth by bridging technical capabilities with market opportunities.
The candidate will work closely with the sales and product teams, helping potential clients understand the business value of our solutions, while also supporting current clients and ensuring their technical success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical consultation to prospective clients and demonstrate how the platform and services add strategic value to their business.
- Prepare technical presentations, product demos, and feasibility studies tailored to client business needs and strategic goals.
- Support the sales team in client meetings to explain technical and strategic aspects of the solution and alleviate concerns.
- Offer proactive technical support to existing clients to ensure smooth and successful service delivery.
- Handle technical inquiries and complaints, delivering quick and efficient solutions.
Operational Duties:
- Participate in strategic and technical client meetings in coordination with the sales team.
- Prepare regular reports on customer technical challenges and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with the product development team to enhance features based on client feedback and strategic insights.
- Maintain pricing lists and trial license management documentation.
- Contribute to internal discussions on product positioning and market competitiveness.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
- Information Technology
- Computer Science
- Software Engineering
- Business Administration with a focus on Technology
- Management Information Systems
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, or technical support.
- Strong understanding of business strategy and how technology can serve strategic goals.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and solution-oriented skills.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, enterprise solutions, and consulting frameworks is preferred.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
