Job Purpose
Jobholders at this level are capable of operating with minimal supervision. They work within guidelines and procedures in order to prepare more complex, specialized or ad hoc reports to their related field. They undertake operational activities including the analysis and investigation of sampling data from different sources to check compliance with set policies, quality standards and procedures, measurement of KPIs and filing related dashboard, development of periodical quality assurance reports with needed corrective actions and communication with related stakeholders for implementation purposes. The jobholder contributes to the completion of milestones or operational targets within the assigned functional area.
Roles And Responsibilities
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent is required

Roles And Responsibilities
- Understand quality assurance framework and tools, and ensure proper implementation of set department plans
- Gather sampling data from different sources and review case samples to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, quality standards and code of ethics
- Detect, evaluate and investigate non-conformity cases, define root causes and justifications through negotiating with related internal stakeholders to understand challenges and issues faced
- Monitor KPIs and dashboards to highlight achievements or underperforming streams and accordingly determine needed improvements
- Develop needed corrective actions for detected non-compliance cases and communicate them with senior team to gather their feedback with needed recommendations and improvements

- Develop quality assurance reports highlighting non-conformity cases, recommended corrective action plans, challenges and achievements, and communicate them with related stakeholders Continuously follow-up with concerned stakeholders to ensure proper implementation of recommended corrective actions in a timely manner
- Follow all relevant policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Help in solving escalated problems and provide needed support for junior team to ensure work is carried out in an efficient manner
- Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure cases/issues are closed properly
- Perform other duties as requested
- Train junior staff on the different job activities to ensure transfer of know-how, when applicable
- Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility, and monitor the workflow of subordinates/ junior staff
- Support junior staff or direct reports in order to execute their duties according to set policies and processes
