Job Description:

We are seeking a knowledgeable Policy Advisor and QA-QC Specialist to join our team in the government sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in policy development and quality assurance/control, with a minimum of 7 years of experience as a policy specialist. This is a contractual role that requires expertise in administration, legal, and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and advise on policies related to quality assurance and quality control within the government sector.
• Conduct thorough assessments of existing policies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify policy needs and recommend improvements.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of policies and QA/QC practices.
• Prepare reports and presentations on policy analysis and recommendations for senior management.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on policy-related matters and QA/QC processes.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a policy specialist, with a focus on QA/QC.
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks in the government sector.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
