Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced PMCM Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, preparing site plans, and providing accurate measurements and data to support construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys and site measurements using specialized equipment and technology.
• Prepare and maintain accurate site plans, maps, and reports.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure survey data is integrated into project plans.
• Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
• Analyze survey objectives and specifications to prepare survey proposals and contracts.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior surveyors and other team members.
• Ensure all survey activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in surveying software and equipment (e.g., GPS, Total Station, AutoCAD).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Professional certification (e.g., RICS, PLS) is a plus.
