Candidate for the post of Fixture Fabrication Execution (Enabling items) in-charge for, production planning, allocation of work to contractors, execution, inspection, managing resources, providing full-kit, co-ordination with internal customers, PCC/Yard execution, with service departments like machine shop, NDE, rolling/pressing, aux department, work certification, safety compliance. the person should be of T1 cadre & above with in depth knowledge of fabrication processes, contractor management, safety & quality aspects with attitude to deliver on-time.

Years of experience : Mini 10 years, M1A & above

Experience : execution of fabricated jobs, minimum 10 years

Scope of duty : Execution of fabrication items (3000 MT per annum), Work content & duration estimation, scheduling, production planning & equal allocation, work certification, CJC certification, EHS management with targetted zero accident, On time delivery with zero defects, daily BBS round, motivate contractors supervisors & workmen for safety, quality & on time delivery. Yard resource management - Gases, weld consumables, MHEs, lifting tools & tackles. Yard

facility management - lighting, drainage, area management, civil work etc.

Knowledge: Contract management, Labour laws, EHS norms, Fabrication work - welding, tolerences, forming of pressure vessels / sub assemblies, revenue cost & recovery concept, various tools like Kaizen, Six Sigma, PDCA, RCA

Skill / ability : Supervision, production planning, material planning, full-kitting, scheduling, able to lead the team & motivate the team, Analytical skills of estimation & cost of work, work certification, work quantum calculation, negotiation, relationship with internal customers, Should be able to generate MIS reports, Able to make revenue cost / budget, Revenue cost control with payback analysis,

Should be capable to interact with management with analytical & statistical data for yard production trend, forecasting, manpower projection.

Qualities required : Positive attitude, Boundary less working with adherence to regulatory compliance, go getter attitude, customer sensitivity, innovative, cost saving with reuse-reutlize-recycle, Should be knowledgeable enough with practical experience so not to come under influence of contractors, Integrity, honesty, working without time limit.
