Your new role, what's involved?

• Prepare, and develop a work program, and master time schedule in compliance with contractual milestones and terms and conditions
• Produce all project plans and associated documents including S-curve, Histograms, cash flow, project data, and logs
• Ongoing monitoring and reporting of all program-related activities
• Prepare monthly reports, weekly quantity reports, and recovery or revise schedules
• Consistent assessment of the impact of approved changes and any deviations from the key project targets and milestones, including productivity monitoring
• Work collaboratively with the Project Manager, Engineer, and Contractor in resolving any and all project schedule issues
• Review and analyze claims, notification of delays, EOT, and support negotiation & resolve disputes or conflicts with clients
  
  

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• A degree in Engineering or management field or equivalent
• 5 years’ experience in managing Multi- projects within the Construction industry
• Extensive experience in leading or executing project controls elements
• Ability to think ahead, identify new opportunities, and create new and innovative approaches to work-related issues
• Advanced knowledge and Extensive experience working with primavera P6 and MS office
• Excellent numerical and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic
• Good understanding of standard operating procedures, applicable regulations, and laws
