Planning Assistant - Electrical having 5 years experience in planning and scheduling in Over Head Line Project works
- Understand the true scope and requirements of the project.
- Co – Ordinate with Civil, Electrical & Mechanical Construction Programme.
- Prepare manpower resources schedules and histograms to achieve the timely completion of project.
- Prepare equipment/material procurement schedule.
- Co – Ordinate and assist Planning Manager for timely ordering of material and equipment.
- Preparation & Submission of daily, weekly and Monthly reports.
- Prepare work plans and look ahead short-term programmers’ as required by the contract.
- Monitor the progress of works at site and highlight the problems to the PM / CM, as required.
- Monitor and maintain tracking logs for Material and drawing submittals.
- Co ordinate with members of project teams for delivering material submittals on time
- Select the appropriate supplier for satisfying specific techno – commercial requirements.
- Timely subcontractor Billing and maintaining reconciliation of each subcontractor.
- Monthly Bulk Material reconciliation
- Assist Planning Engineer in client billing documentation
