The incumbent will be responsible to produce a finalized desk review report that: - Identifies compliance range with ICSC guidelines and procedures. - Highlights cases where compliance range may have been detrimental to remuneration levels in KSA. - Provides evidence-based observations and recommendations for follow-up. - The report will serve as the official input for ICSC’s internal review and its formal written response. - If warranted by the findings, the Chair of the ICSC may direct the Secretariat to initiate an out-of-cycle place-to-place survey for KSA.
