We are seeking a Technical Sales Manager with strong expertise in the GovTech sector to strengthen our sales efforts in Saudi Arabia. As a native Arabic speaker with an established network, you will play a key role in meeting government clients, capturing requirements, and transforming them into high-quality technical offers. This role requires both independent initiative and close collaboration with our sales and project management teams to ensure successful delivery.

Our Riyadh office is at the heart of our GovTech operations, serving key accounts and developing new partnerships in line with Vision 2030.
We are seeking a Technical Sales Manager with strong expertise in the GovTech sector to strengthen our sales efforts in Saudi Arabia. As a native Arabic speaker with an established network, you will play a key role in meeting government clients, capturing requirements, and transforming them into high-quality technical offers. This role requires both independent initiative and close collaboration with our sales and project management teams to ensure successful delivery.
What You'll Do
- Engage with potential and existing government clients to capture detailed requirements.
- Translate customer needs into technical proposals and offers for software projects (typically 6–18 months).
- Develop concept-level solution architectures to support proposals.
- Promote and sell a broad portfolio of services, including:
- Software projects and integration
- Cloud and infrastructure services (Microsoft and Open Source)
- Managed services
- Work independently and with small teams to drive sales opportunities forward.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in the GovTech landscape.
- Native Arabic speaker with strong connections in the Saudi GovTech sector.
- Proven experience in technical sales and government account management.
- Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle from requirement gathering to offer creation.
- Understanding of cloud services, infrastructure solutions, and managed services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Be at the forefront of GovTech innovation in Saudi Arabia.
- Work directly with government stakeholders and high-profile clients.
- Play a key role in shaping Vision 2030 digital transformation projects.
